There are no physical boxes shipped to you, no shipping costs and no time spent waiting for your parcel.
HOW CAN I PURCHASE AN OVERLOUD PRODUCT?
Find the product you would like to purchase in the store pages.
Click on its icon to add that product into the shopping cart and then proceed to checkout.
Fill out the form with your personal data and choose a payment method: any credit card as well as Paypal are accepted.
WHAT WILL I RECEIVE AFTER MY PURCHASE?
After completing the payment, you will receive 2 emails.
The first one contains the details of your transaction and the invoice.
The second email contains the serial number and the links to download the installer of the product.
The serial number is your license; you need it in order to activate the product.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY SERIAL NUMBER?
You will usually receive the emails within 5-10 minutes after your payment, but sometimes it will take a bit longer.
If you do not receive any email within 1 our after your payment, please check the spam folder of your email account.
If the email is not in your spam folder, please contact us through our customer service.
IF I'M NOT SATISFIED ABOUT MY PURCHASE, CAN I BE REFUNDED?
Yes, you can be refunded within one month from your purchase.
Anyway, if you have some issues installing or authorizing the product we suggest to contact our customer service before asking for a refund.
We'll usually help solving any technical issue within a few hours.
To have your purchase refunded:
- deauthorize all your installations (we cannot refund a product which is authorized on a computer)
- contact our customer service with the serial number of the product you would like to be refunded.
