LRS Sonic Jet is the THU expansion library, designed by Live Ready Sound, seeking to recreate the sound of a Komet* Concorde head captured with multiple cabs, speakers and mics.
This amp is really LOUD and bright, and needs to be loud to drive. Tim has endured the pain and the tinnitus for you!
This amp delivers bright tones, with a modern vibe, a lot of presence, superb touch sensitivity, note articulation, string to string separation and dynamic response. It is composed by 185 rigs, including 17 DI captures, created spanning all the possible dynamic levels with the following gear*:
- Diamond 4×12 cabinet with Greenback M25, H75, V30, F70 and Alnico Gold speakers
- Overdrive: King of Tone, Klon, VOP9, Big Buff, SD1, Airis Savage
- Microphones: SM57, PR20, E609, R121, Fat Head II, KM184, seeking the combination sweet spot at each capture
